HARVARD UNIVERSITY SMITH CAMPUS CENTER

Scope: Major renovation that would offer large, flexible indoor gathering spaces for students, faculty and staff to also include food-service, lounge and study areas as well as space for exhibitions, events and performances. Demolition of Holyoke and Dunster Street pavilions and construction of new pavilions will be included. Building would remain occupied on floors 3 through 9 during the project.

NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY INTERDISCIPLINARY SCIENCE & ENGINEERING

Scope: New medium voltage power system feeding both high and low voltage substations of a 6-story Science building plus penthouse housing mechanical and electrical equipment. Main floors have state-of-the-art lab work areas and supporting office and classrooms. Wireless Lutron lighting and shade systems will light and shade the facility.
